There are many types of sexually transmitted diseases, I will be talking about the types of diseases you can catch. This video talks about sexually transmitted diseases and how there given. I want to make you aware of the types of disease from an STI.

- Bacterial Vaginosis
- Chlamydia
- Gonorrhea
- hepatitis
- herpes
- Syphilis
- Trichomoniasis
One thing that I liked about the video is that it explains what an sexually transmitted disease. It gives information on how it is passed on. He tells you what you should do when you think you have an sexually transmitted disease. He also explains the most effective way of preventing you from having a sexually transmitted disease. He explains about what Sexually transmitted can cause if it is serious and can not be cured. He talked about how sexually transmitted disease can be grouped into three categories which is parasitic , bacterial , and viral.

Even though this video clip was 9mins long, it was very informative. I knew that STI's could be bacterial and viral but I never knew it could be parasitic. An interesting fact that stood out to me was that crabs could be cured by lotion and shampoo. Very interesting, but good job on this blog. Look forward to seeing more.

ReplyDeleteAs a health major, I find the topic of STDs very interesting. Thank you for this post. The video was incredibly informative and taught me many things I did not know. I had no idea there were 3 different classes of STDs. I also found the ways to cure the disease interesting because some where more than just pills and ointments, you could do other stuff on your own. Good job
